AI Search Visibility

Find out whether AI assistants recommend your brand. Ask the questions your customers ask, see who gets named and cited in the answers, and watch how it changes over time — from the same dashboard as your rankings.

AI prompt tracking

Write down the questions your customers might ask an AI assistant, test them on a schedule and keep every answer. Because AI answers vary, each prompt can be run several times and reported as a rate rather than a misleading pass or fail.

  • Your own prompts, plus ideas from your keywords
  • Country and language settings
  • Manual, weekly or daily checks

Why AI answers matter to your SEO

A growing share of people now put a question to an AI assistant before, or instead of, typing it into a search box. When the answer names three suppliers and links to two websites, being one of them is worth having — and being absent is a problem you can’t see in a normal ranking report. A page can hold position three in the results and still never appear in the answer that a customer actually reads.

AI Search Visibility fills that gap. You decide which questions matter, the platform asks them for you, and the results sit beside your keyword rankings so both views of your search presence live in one place.

Measured honestly

AI answers are not stable. The same question can produce different recommendations tomorrow, in another country or from a newer version of the model. So nothing here pretends to be a ranking. Every figure is a sampled measurement over the last 30 days, shown with the number of runs behind it, and a share of voice is left blank rather than shown as zero when none of the tracked names appeared.

Turning findings into action

The list of most-cited sources is a practical to-do list. If the engines keep leaning on a directory, a review site or a competitor’s guide when answering your questions, that tells you which pages to write, improve or earn a link from. Feed those gaps into the content and AI tools, check who is being cited in your place with competitor intelligence, and bring the findings into the conversation when you present your SEO reports to clients.

Agencies can track every client website under one account, and read-only team members can look at the results without being able to spend any of your checks. See built for agencies for how access works.

Frequently asked questions

Is AI search visibility the same as a ranking?

No. AI answers vary from one run to the next, so there is no fixed position to report. AI Search Visibility shows sampled measurements, such as “named in 2 of 3 runs over the last 30 days”, and is upfront that an engine not naming you once does not prove it never will.

Which AI engines can I check?

You choose the engines to test your prompts on from the list available on your plan, and you can pick the country and language the questions are asked in. Where an engine can’t run custom prompts, the mentions baseline gives you a sample of where your domain is already cited.

Do I need to be a client of a particular kind of business?

No. Any website in your account can be tracked. You supply the brand names to look for, the questions to ask and, if you like, up to ten competitors.

Is AI Search Visibility included in every plan?

What’s included, and how many checks you get each month, depends on your plan — see Pricing for the current details.

What this is trying to achieve: The goal: to know whether AI assistants recommend you, who they recommend instead, and what to do about it — with honest numbers rather than a made-up rank.
