Questions about plans
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Open the live demo: a sample agency account with four client websites, no sign-up needed. Plans that include a free trial show it on the plan card above.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing section of your account. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Do you give refunds?
We don't normally refund a billing period that has already started, but we always refund duplicate or incorrect charges. If you're a UK consumer you also have 14 days to cancel. The full details are in our Refund Policy.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can move to a different plan at any time from your account, so you can start small and upgrade as you add websites or clients.
What counts as a crawl?
Every crawl of a website counts, whether you start it yourself, it runs on a schedule or it's part of a bulk action. Each crawl checks up to your plan's pages-per-crawl limit, and the allowance resets every month.
Do I need Google Search Console?
No. Site audits, the SEO score, rank tracking and monitoring all work without it. Connecting Search Console and Google Analytics adds your real clicks, impressions and traffic alongside your SEO data.
How is payment handled?
Securely, by Stripe. You pay on Stripe's own checkout page, so your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.
