Every answer is written from our own Help Centre guides, the pages of this website and a curated FAQ — not from guesswork. Prices and plan limits come only from the same live plan list the pricing page shows, so Sera always quotes what you would actually pay.
How Sera answers
When you ask a question, Sera searches our documentation for the passages that match it best and writes a short answer from them, with links to the pages it used. If nothing in our documentation covers the question, Sera says so plainly and offers to put you in touch with a person, instead of making something up. General SEO questions — what a redirect chain is, why a page might not be indexed — get a brief, practical explanation, with a pointer to the tool in the platform that helps where there is one.
Talk to a human at any point
Sera is an AI and always says so. Press Talk to a human and Sera opens the contact form with your conversation copied into the message, so you don't have to repeat yourself. You can edit or delete the copied text before sending, and nothing is sent until you press send. Our team replies by email, usually within one business day.

Sera does not browse the web or look up other websites, and it will politely decline questions that have nothing to do with SEO Web Data or SEO. Like any AI, it can make mistakes, so check anything important on the linked page.
Your privacy
Chats are stored for a limited time so we can see which questions need better answers, then deleted automatically. We keep a one-way hash of your IP address rather than the address itself, and the chat uses no cookies — your browser simply remembers the conversation so it survives a page reload. Please don't type passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details into the chat. The privacy policy explains exactly what is stored and for how long.
