Domain watchlist

Save the domains you care about and they are re-checked every week. You hear when the health score drops, when DNS or email records change, and when a certificate or registration is close to expiring.

What's included

  • Weekly full domain health check for each saved domain
  • Alerts on nameserver, MX, SPF and DMARC changes
  • Expiry warnings for SSL certificates and registrations

Add up to 25 domains, run a first report straight away or wait for the weekly check, and each domain builds a score history. Alerts arrive in your alerts inbox, by email and to any connected chat or webhook.

It is built for the changes that go unnoticed until something breaks: a nameserver quietly changed, an email record removed, a certificate a week from expiry or a domain that nobody renewed.

SEO Web Data domain watchlist with weekly health scores and DNS, SSL and expiry alerts

How it works

Each check is the same domain health check you can run by hand, covering DNS, email authentication, SSL and registration. The watchlist simply runs it on a schedule, compares the result with the last one and raises an alert when something important has changed.

Why it is worth setting up

  • Catch unexpected changes — including ones nobody on your team made.
  • Never miss an expiry — certificates and domains get a warning while there is still time to fix them.
  • Protect email delivery — broken SPF or DMARC sends your email to spam even when rankings look fine.

What it does not do

The watchlist reports what it sees from the outside. It cannot change any record for you, and it is limited to 25 domains per account by default.

Works with the rest of the platform

Agencies can watch every client’s domain in one place, and alerts can go to Slack, Teams or a webhook. See Domain Tools for the individual checks.
