Weekly digest & SEO news

One email a week summarising every website in your account, at the day and time you choose, so the whole team stays informed without logging in.

What's included

  • Scores, traffic, rankings, alerts and tasks for every site
  • Sent on your chosen day and hour in your own time zone
  • Optional SEO news, labelled Confirmed or Reported

Pick the day, time and time zone, add recipients and preview it before you save. Each recipient gets a one-click unsubscribe link, and the digest can also be posted to Slack or Microsoft Teams so it lands where your team already talks.

The optional SEO news section is a short summary of the week from trusted industry sources, with links. Each item is labelled Confirmed when it comes from Google itself or Reported when it comes from industry press, so you know which to act on and which to watch.

SEO Web Data weekly digest email summarising scores, rankings, alerts and SEO news for several websites

How it works

The digest is built from the data already in your account: score changes, traffic, rankings, alerts and open tasks for each website. You can send yourself a test before it goes to the team, and untick the news section if you do not want it.

Why a weekly digest

  • Everyone stays informed without needing to log in.
  • A natural agenda for a short weekly SEO meeting.
  • Context for changes — confirmed industry updates sit next to your own numbers.

What it does not do

The digest summarises what the platform already knows; it does not create new data. News items are short summaries with links, not a replacement for reading the source.

Works with the rest of the platform

Alerts included in the digest come from the alerts inbox, and scheduled reports cover the client-facing side.

Frequently asked questions

How do recipients unsubscribe?

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Can I turn the news section off?

Yes. Untick it in the digest settings.

What does Confirmed versus Reported mean?

Confirmed comes from Google itself. Reported comes from industry press, so watch it but act on confirmed changes first.

Can it go to Slack or Teams?

Yes. It can be posted to a connected Slack or Microsoft Teams channel as well as sent by email.
