Free Link Attribute Analyzer
Enter a page address and see every link with its rel attributes, internal or external status and anchor text, with problems flagged.
Free, with no sign-up. Fair-use limits apply. To enforce them we keep the domain you enter and a scrambled form of your IP address for 30 days, as described in our privacy policy.
What it shows
The analyzer reads a page and lists its links with the attributes that matter: nofollow, sponsored, ugc, noopener and noreferrer. It separates internal from external links and flags empty anchors, generic anchor text such as click here, and links that open a new tab without noopener.
How to use it
Enter the page address and press Analyse links. Findings appear first, followed by the table of links.
When to use which attribute
- Sponsored for paid links and advertising.
- UGC for links in comments and forum posts.
- Nofollow for links you do not want to endorse.
Related controls for whole pages are in the meta robots generator.
Frequently asked questions
Do nofollow links pass value?
Google treats these attributes as hints. They are not a guarantee either way.
Does it follow the links?
No. It reads the links on the one page you enter.
Is there a limit on links?
The results are trimmed to a sensible number in the free version.
